Matson Lane Community Dock - Slips Available!!

Plans have been finalized for the expansion of the Matson Lane Community Boat Dock, please see below documents for more information.  As of the date of execution of this Agreement, the Total Purchase Price due for the Boat Slips are as follows:

$40,320.00 for a 12 x 32 slip;

$47,520.00 for a 12 x 36 slip;

Jet Ski Slips lifts include a Jet Ski roll-on Lift which Second Party becomes the owner of once

purchased and thereafter leases the slip where the Jet Ski Lift is attached to the dock.

$5,000 if Second Party is a Boat Slip Lessee.

$6,500 if Second Party is NOT a Boat Slip Lessee.
