The Oakwood Hills POA received feedback on two issues that we wanted to make sure and bring to the membership for consideration since our last ballot vote in November 2025:

1) Professional installation of pool fence instead of previously approved self install (November 2025 Ballot)  due to limited volunteers, and difficult in finding favorably priced materials as a retail buyer.

2) MO Law Changes in regards to HOAs/POAs prohibiting chickens/chicken coops.  It is important to note, that we are not taking a position on this issue, but rather want your feedback in light of recent legislative changes and their impact on our existing covenants.
