About Us
We are located in Linn Creek, MO at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. We are a close-knit neighborhood comprised of 14 property owners and pride ourselves on keeping our neighborhood safe, beautiful and efficiently operated.
Bylaws & Covenants
Our neighborhood is governed by a board of directors who oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our streets, water & sewer operations, common areas, and our community pool. Access the current corporate bylaws and covenants here.
Membership Fees
Members in our community are responsible for annual POA dues, which helps to fund our management of key infrastructure in our neighborhood with the end goal of preserving and enhancing our members property values. Access current membership fees and schedules under the Members section.
Oakwood Hills Community Pool
Pool membership is included in the annual dues for Oakwood Hills Estates, and can be purchased for and additional fee for Matson Ranch Residents. Access pool information here.
